To turn your basement into a usable, livable space, proper moisture protection is necessary under your laminate flooring.

DELTA-FL can be installed in 3 Easy Steps:

Moisture barriers are often installed only on the walls of a basement and not the footing. Moisture diffuses from the area of high concentration below for the floor slab, to the low area of concentration in the basement.

DELTA®-MS CLEAR is a highly effective foundation dampproofing and wall waterproofing system, specifically designed for Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) foundations. The transparent, uniquely-shaped air-gap membrane reliably keeps ground moisture away from the foundation wall - a key factor in achieving a permanently dry basement.
