How to Install DELTA®-VENT SA

To turn your basement into a usable, livable space, proper moisture protection is necessary under your laminate flooring.

DELTA-FL can be installed in 3 Easy Steps:

Moisture barriers are often installed only on the walls of a basement and not the footing. Moisture diffuses from the area of high concentration below for the floor slab, to the low area of concentration in the basement.

Dörken’s DELTA®-MS is a residential foundation dampproofing and wall waterproofing membrane. Its unique dimple design and Air-Gap Technology provide effective and long-lasting protection. You can install DELTA®-MS in any kind of weather without the protective gear required for Asphalt Sprays. And you don’t have to wait for the concrete to completely dry before you start.
