Joto-Vent is a continuous foundation ventilation system installed between the foundation and sill plate. Unlike traditional foundation vents placed at intervals around the building, Joto-Vent provides ventilation along the foundation perimeter, supporting consistent, passive airflow throughout the crawl space.
Joto-Vent is built for projects that need continuous crawl space ventilation without sacrificing durability or exterior appearance. Its continuous foundation vent system is designed to sit between the concrete foundation and sill plate, helping provide underfloor ventilation while maintaining a clean finished look. The 1×6 Joto-Vent, KP-L150U, is molded from a calcium carbonate and polyolefin resin composite and supports 1×6 wall assemblies with a net-free ventilation area of 4.81 square inches per linear foot. For projects in Wildland-Urban Interface areas, the 1×6 Joto-Vent has a WUI-certified option when paired with the 1×6 Architectural Covering WACF-U45.
