Golden State Lumber is looking for a full-time skilled individual for a Window and Door Sales Assistant position, including various sales support responsibilities, based in San Rafael. Previous experience in the building industry is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with established sales pros to review remodeling and new construction plans to generate competitive sales proposals
- Interface with a variety of supplier/vendor programs to generate window and door proposals, such as Marvin OMS, Andersen IQ+, and others
- Assist sales team entering orders into ERP system
- Review order acknowledgements to ensure accuracy
- Communicate with vendors to ensure order accuracy
- Collaborate with AR, AP, and Finance teams to ensure invoice accuracy
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two years administrative experience, or work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong basic math skills
- Computer experience including Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
