High volume retail building materials company seeks a skilled individual for a Window and Door Sales Assistant position, including various administrative and customer related responsibilities.
This position is FT and is located in San Rafael.
Previous experience in the building industry is a plus!
- Convert raw window and door data into quotes and sales orders
- Manage all paperwork that flows through the Window and Door department
- Take payments for COD orders
- Back up for other administrative positions
- Various administrative projects as needed
- Typing skills minimum: 60WPM
- Strong basic math skills
- 10 key by touch
- Two years administrative experience
- Computer experience including Microsoft Office products
