This role will provide administrative support to our outside sales staff, maintain price lists, and review orders for accuracy prior to delivery.

Responsibilities:

Ongoing administrative support to the outside sales staff
Verify the accuracy of sales orders prior to delivery
Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure order information is accurate and timely
Maintain price lists
Data entry
Phone customers when “special orders” become available
Phone customers to ensure notification of material delivery and job start times
Other projects and tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:.

High School graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of basic office procedures
Able to work under direct supervision with prescribed procedures
Maintain focus with routine and repetitive tasks
