Receptionist/Admin Assistant

San Rafael, CA




We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, possesses a positive personality and who enjoys working in a team atmosphere. 


Tasks and desired skills are as follows:


  1. Ability to handle reception area including answering 10 line phone system, greeting customers, and fielding calls
  2. Two plus years Receptionist/Administrative experience
  3. Contact customers to notify them that special orders have been received
  4. Assist customers arriving to pick up special orders with paperwork, etc.
  5. Run credit card payments for COD orders
  6. Spanish speaking a plus
  7. Organization skills a must
  8. Ability to lift 25 pounds
  9. Team spirit with a willingness to assist in other tasks or projects


This position is full time Tues-Fri 8:30-5:00; Sat 6:30-3:00 


Salary commensurate with experience.
